He is a Chartered Accountant with four decades of extensive experience and analytical skills in the field of Corporate and Financial Planning & Strategies, Indian & Overseas Financial Markets and Corporate Finance including Management of Corporate Communication, Investors Relations, CSR and Corporate Governance.

He is proficient in formulating corporate and financial plans & strategies and creating & designing comprehensive capital & financial structuring models matching corporate objectives. He possesses strong analytical ability for evaluation of financial feasibility of projects for making informed investment decisions. Owing to his sharp financial acumen, he has competently raised and mobilized funds both from domestic and international capital markets, financial institutions, banks and other institutional investors. He is adept in analysis, planning, strategizing, structuring and finalization of M&A and partnering proposals. He is erudite in handling treasury and fund management besides having strong ability towards supervision and control of financial operations including working capital and cash flow management, financial and management reporting, cost management and administration of taxation, corporate and securities laws, corporate governance and audits. He demonstrates excellent communication and leaders skills. He has worked with many large reputed corporate groups i.e. HCL Group, Samtel Group and UFLEX Group where he retired as Group President & CFO. He has been accredited with many Awards in the field of Excellence in Business & Finance by CIMA, World Confederation of Business and CFO India 9.9 Media etc. He also sits on the Advisory Board of two NGOs and also Media Advisors to two Print Media Publications.

He is a Chartered Accountant with over 38 years of vast experience in the fields of Statutory & Internal Audits, Special Audits, Corporate & Taxation Laws, Development of Financial and Management Reporting System etc.

He is MBA with specialization in Finance. He has an experience of more than 28 years in the field of Financial Services, Corporate Finance, Debt Syndication, Conducting Financial Analysis & feasibilities etc.
